Gossip Girl: After the Threesome

BRITTANY:

This episode started off as bore, but quickly got good when Queen Jenny met her social match in, Damian, the son of the Diplomat. Turns out Damian is a devlish international drug deal that’s out to corrupt Little J. I think Little J is so funny ’cause she thinks she’s so wise and powerful, but she’s just a scared little girl. Looks like you’re in over your head again, Little J…you help from a friendly Bass to stay afloat.

One night Dan is sharing his bed with Vanessa and Olivia, and the next morning he’s living up to his nickname Lonely Boy. The morning after the threesome changed Dan’s life because everyone started to notice what I’ve noticed all along — that D and V are hot for each other.

The “relationship” between Serena and Tripp turned out to be totally disappointing. Just when they admit their feelings for each other, S has an attack of morality and enlists Nate to help her stay away from him.

Overall, I really wasn’t into this episode. But there’s a lot of stuff that’s been set up, so I bet it will be better next week.

Little J goes to the Cotillion

OMFG! This episode was awesome!! So much drama, and it focused on Little J, which added to the awesomeness. I have three words to describe this episode: Dan. Olivia. Vanessa . Brittany was right!!!

Aside from the threesome, there was tons of other drama as well, like…

Little J accepts and flaunts her role as Queen Bee. But, her inadequacies shine through when she is scheduled to make her big reveal at cotillion. However, inadequacies are short-lived when the balance of power shifts in Little J’s favor and she lays a verbal assault on Blair and exudes her power as the undisputed queen of Constance. Hay, Little J, should have called us for a cotillion necklace.

The best part was when Blair got resourceful and teamed up with Erik to takedown Little J. She proved that once the queen, always the queen. Things turned out in Little J’s favor, but Erik is not down for the count; looks like a new Drama Queen has been born on the Upper East Side.

Looks like the good Congressman is getting a little tripped up with Serena’s beauty. She promises never to see him again, but we all know how good S is with promises. I bet they will cross the line and there will be a hugely dramatic political scandal.

This episode really helped GG redeem itself and it has set the stage for some great drama to come. Can’t wait till next week!

Gossip Girl 3some: Dan, Vanessa & Olivia

Everyone is talking about the Gossip Girl 3some. I have my own theories of who the threesome is going to involve. I think it’s going to be Dan, Vanessa and Olivia. You wanna know why? ‘Cause celebrity has an intoxicating influence and no matter how much Vanessa tries to play it down she is totally impressed by Olivia and her celebrity; she’s just like Dan in her quest to become a part of the super-chic Upper East Side.

When Olivia wants something, everyone falls at her feet, and Dan and Vanessa are no different. My prediction is they will all get drunk and end up sleeping together.

Those are my thoughts.
